1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Gjin Prelvukaj ("we," "I," or "our") collects, how it is used, and what rights you have. It applies to the Silent iOS application ("App") and the silentgrowth.app website ("Website"). For website-specific cookie information, see the Cookie Policy.

2. App — what we collect

Nothing. The Silent app does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or health data on external servers. All data you enter — calories, habits, weight, sleep, fasting history — lives exclusively on your iPhone in Apple's secure on-device data container. It never leaves your device through Silent.

3. Apple Intelligence & AI Coach

The AI Coach feature uses Apple Intelligence, Apple's on-device AI system. All AI processing happens locally on your iPhone. No health data is sent to any AI service, cloud provider, or third-party server. This applies to all AI features including weekly insights, smart suggestions, and the chat interface.

4. HealthKit

Silent can read data from Apple Health (steps, calories burned, sleep, weight) with your explicit permission. This data is accessed locally and is never transmitted outside your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

5. App analytics

Silent uses Apple's MetricKit framework to collect anonymous, aggregated performance and crash diagnostics. This data cannot identify you individually and is processed by Apple under their Privacy Policy. No third-party analytics SDKs are included in the App.

6. iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure using end-to-end encryption. Gjin Prelvukaj has no access to your iCloud-synced data. iCloud usage is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy.

7. Purchases

All purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. Gjin Prelvukaj does not receive, process, or store any payment card information or billing details. Purchase disputes must be directed to Apple.

8. Website — analytics & cookies

This website uses browser localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference. If you choose "Accept all," anonymous usage data is collected via Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics (GA4). If you choose "Necessary only," no analytics data is collected. 9. Data we never collect

• —Your name, email address, or contact information (unless you voluntarily email us for support).
• —Your IP address (the website's analytics use anonymized/aggregated signals only).
• —Your location beyond approximate country-level analytics attribution.
• —Any health, medical, or biometric data from the App.
• —Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• —Information about other apps on your device.

10. Data retention

App data: retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Website analytics: per the data retention schedules of Vercel and Google (typically 14 months for GA4). Support emails: retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

11. Children's privacy

The App and Website are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us immediately at gjinprelvukaj1@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Your rights

• —Access: You can view all App data directly on your device. There is no server-side data to request.
• —Deletion: Delete app data by uninstalling the App or resetting data within it. Website analytics data can be opted out of via the Cookie Policy instructions.
• —Opt-out of analytics: Clear the "silent_cookie_consent" key from localStorage to reset your consent preference.

13. Third-party services

14. Security

App data is secured by iOS's on-device encryption and Apple's data sandbox. The Website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. We follow industry-standard practices, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Links to other sites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., the App Store). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

16. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
